Still cant open game

Ever since the January 2016 update I have not been able to even open the game to play! I waited 6 months for another update to hopefully fix the problem and nothing changed. I have an iPad Air with plenty of storage available and is always updated with the most current iOS. Dont know why other people can get into the game but I (and many others) cannot. Would give 4-5 stars if I could play it! But cant.
